Plumbing Technician Assistant
Job Description
Max-Migold Ltd is urgently recruiting for the post of Plumbing technician Assistant for a site at Eket, Akwa-Ibom. The candidate would provide assistance to plumbing technicians by assisting in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. They may help with tasks such as pipe fitting, fixture installations, leak repairs, and drainage system maintenance under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Assist plumbing technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing basic repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with plumbing equipment.
- Assist in conducting inspections and testing of plumbing systems.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Learn and develop skills necessary for a career as a plumbing technician.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assisting plumbing technicians or related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Familiarity with plumbing installation and repair techniques
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor and work in various environments
- Strong work ethic and reliability
