As the head of Business Strategy and Technical Excellence for Max-Migold, my responsibilities include managing the Facility Management Business and the company's BIM FM development and deployment business. I provide advisory services for FM projects and handle maintenance and renovation projects. I also acquire clients and investors through well-researched value propositions, pitches, and traditional and online marketing and publicity efforts. In addition, I am responsible for managing technology platforms and SaaS servers, as well as developing and curating graphics, media, and text content for the company's website to optimize traffic and lead generation. I build growth strategies and operational processes using modern business tools, manage team performance and report on key performance indicators. I also acquire clients, develop content, present client proposals for facility management, energy efficiency, and building technology services, and provide training on facility management, project management, and workplace productivity. I acquire, plan, and manage facility management projects, provide status updates and resolve any issues or difficulties consistent with the company's mission and values. I maintain professional business relationships with target clients and identify opportunities for future growth. I also perform any other duties assigned by management.
